He started to think and find out the connection of Urus festival being celebrated on Ram Navami Day in Shirdi. Similarly, he got an idea of why not to celebrate the birthday of Lord Shri Rama on This Urus Festival Day. Correspondingly, he put his thought before another devotee named Kaka Mahajani. Kaka Mahajani was very much impressed and appreciated this idea.

Coupled with this thought in their mind, duos came to Dwarkamai to meet Sai Baba for His Approval. Sai Baba was Omniscient. He was knowing beforehand the wish of His devotees. He never objects any such spiritual action of His devotees. On hearing these developments, Sai Baba gave permission to celebrate Ram Navami Festival on the Urus Festival Day.
